Amerigo’s Campuses Celebrate Lunar New Year

Amerigo students across all of our Signature Campuses had fun celebrating the Lunar New Year together, with events that brought together the campus community, the school and even school leadership!

Here’s how some of our campuses celebrated:

International students at Justin-Siena brought their Lunar New Year celebration to the school campus.

At Justin-Siena, Amerigo students brought their Lunar New Year celebration the school campus, inviting domestic students to join them in eating traditional foods like dumplings and taking part in fun activities, including calligraphy.

Bishop Montgomery students and staff enjoyed a fun party at the international residence, where they ate an abundance of traditional foods and extravagant desserts. The campus staff also handed out lucky red envelopes to students!

 

Carmel Catholic students took part in a Lunar New Year celebration held by the school, and are looking forward to their upcoming big holiday meal together.

The Mater Dei Amerigo campus had a holiday dinner with Principal Aaron Gonzalez.

The Mater Dei campus invited Principal Aaron Gonzalez to the international student residence, where they enjoyed a holiday dinner of Hot Pot together. Mater Dei also celebrated Lunar New Year by giving students Red Envelopes!

Saint John’s international students wore red to school on a free dress day to show their excitement for the holiday celebrations.

Saint Anthony’s students decked the school’s main office hallway in festive red Lunar New Year decorations. They also played music and served traditional holiday foods to both international and domestic students.
